Share the beauty

I like this cave
So warm & soft & full of space
I’m floating free
There’s music in my ears
And silver lights before my eyes

I wanna stay
But in my bones I know
I have to go
A voice is calling from somewhere
Come out of your dark cave hey
Come play with me (& we can)

Share the beauty of this world
It’s our one & only
There’s so much you can be
When you’re part of the magic
Of this bluegreen pearl
You’ve yet to see

The silver stars
Dancing in the night
Hear the song of birds at dawn
Taste the ocean spray
Smell the jungle after rain

But listen to me
It’s not all smiles
Sometimes you’ll have to
Shed a tear or two
But then it’s up to you
To dry your eyes & see the sun

The voice is gone
Do I stay or do I go
I just don’t know
I liked this cave before
But now I think I’ve changed my mind
I wanna see

Share the beauty of this world
It’s our one & only
So much you can be
When you’re part of the magic
Of this bluegreen pearl
You’ve yet to see

The silver stars
Dancing in the night
Hear the song of birds at dawn
Taste the ocean spray
Smell the jungle after rain

Lida’s words inspired musicians, Rafique Rashid and Antares to record this demo:

If you are inspired to create a cover version of this song please share. I’m sure Lida would like to hear it, as would we all.
Have a happy day.
